On March 16, 2023, the AM Anna Marchetti brand was registered in the Special Register of Historical Brands of National Interest. The so-called "Growth Decree" stipulated that owners or exclusive licensees of trademarks registered for at least fifty years, used for the commercialization of products and services made by a national production company of historical excellence connected to the national territory, can obtain registration in the register of historical brands of national interest, established at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office.
